Product Designer OpportunityWe're looking for a skilled Product designer to join our team. As a seasoned Product designer, you will have direct impact on our product and design outcomes.You'll be part of a lean, high-performing team passionate about creating innovative software products. Your role will involve driving the app's design and shaping the future of our platform.Your responsibilities will include:Owning the end-to-end design of dashboards and workflows for our Shopify-based SaaS product.Collaborating with product managers to discover and create high-value user experiences and designs that help achieve business goals.Creating wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and design specs using Figma.Developing and maintaining scalable design systems across products.Gathering insights from quantitative and qualitative data sources to gauge customer issues.Presentation of design rationale, facilitation of design reviews, and effective communication with product managers and engineers.Mentoring junior designers and advocating for design best practices within the team.Staying updated on Shopify trends, SaaS UX patterns, and accessibility standards.We require:A minimum of 2 years experience as a product designer.Proficiency in Figma.Strong UX and visual design skills; demonstrated ability to simplify complex workflows.Experience creating, scaling, and maintaining design systems.A deep understanding of user-centered design, and product strategy.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile product environment.Bonus: Experience in Shopify app ecosystem or e-commerce platforms.Bonus: Portfolio consisting of relevant dashboard or SaaS work.Bonus Points:You enjoy taking ownership of projects and thriving in an environment where you can make a real difference.You are motivated by solving complex problems and building high-quality designs.Why this opportunity?Work with a strong startup team in India.Market competitive salary + revenue sharing bonuses.No micromanagement: work on your own time & have a life outside of work.Building software products from India for users worldwide.Solving complex problems & building high-quality designs.
