Job OverviewWe are seeking an accomplished Security Strategist to spearhead our security initiatives and drive business resilience.Develop and execute a comprehensive security strategy, integrating cloud, on-prem, and hybrid infrastructures.Design and implement policies, automate controls, and harden infrastructure end-to-end.Promote collaboration across teams to ensure we maintain a secure posture by design and resist drift.Key Responsibilities:Enterprise Security Architecture - Governance and Compliance: Ensure adherence to ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and CIS benchmarks.Policy, Automation, and Guardrails: Define policy-as-code, embed continuous compliance checks into CI/CD, and build automated guardrails.Infrastructure Hardening and Drift Detection: Implement automated drift alerts and self-healing playbooks for VPCs, firewall rules, Kubernetes clusters, and endpoints.Monitoring, Logging, and Incident Response: Configure Cloud Audit Logs, SIEM exports, and custom alerts for critical security events.What We OfferOur ideal candidate will be responsible for driving security excellence throughout our organization.
