Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing and Graphic/Web Designer at Private Limited Company in Pali Rajasthan. The role involves creating digital marketing strategies, designing visual content, and collaborating with teams to execute creative campaigns.


Required Skills

  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Corel, Illustrator, Canva, WordPress, Shopify, Elementor)
  • Experience in digital marketing, social media management, Performance marketing, FB/Insta campaign creation, Google adverts, Google analytics, Tag manager etc....
  • Experience in web design and knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Strong creative and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and email marketing best practices
  • Understanding of web design principles and UX/UI concepts


Key Responsibilities

  • Create and produce engaging graphics for print and digital platforms, including brochures, posters, social media, and website content.
  • Design, develop, and maintain visually appealing and user-friendly websites using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Create responsive designs using Bootstrap 5 to ensure optimal viewing across various devices.
  • Utilize WordPress, Elementor, and WooCommerce to build and manage e-commerce websites.
  • Optimize websites for search engines (SEO) and improve site performance.
  • Conduct website optimization to enhance loading speed and user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends and technologies to ensure modern and effective website solutions.
  • Stay updated on design trends and best practices to continually enhance our visual content.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues as they arise.


Qualifications

  • Proven 2-3 year experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
  • Proficient in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap 5.
  • Expert knowledge of WordPress, Elementor, WooCommerce, and Shopify.
  • Solid understanding of website optimization techniques and tools.
  • Experience with SEO best practices and tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication collaboration skills.
