JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: CLM Specialist
Function: Venture Building

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and segment customer cohorts to tailor lifecycle strategies effectively.
Design and execute campaigns tailored to different stages of the customer journey.
Utilize marketing automation platforms (E.g., Clevertap, Webengage) to streamline customer engagement and workflows.
Leverage analytics to inform strategies and measure campaign effectiveness.
Experience in managing customer relationships through marketing automation, with a knack for understanding customer needs and behaviours. The candidate must be able to manage CLM tools on their own and set up campaigns independently.

Success indicators:
Development and execution of strategies that ensure a seamless and engaging customer journey, resulting in higher satisfaction and loyalty.
Demonstrable impact on retaining customers through personalized engagement and loyalty programs.
Forming strategies that significantly increase the lifetime value of customers through targeted upselling and cross-selling.

Functional Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of crafting compelling messages for diverse audiences.
Adept at analyzing customer data to drive strategy, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

The Profile:

Qualification: MBA degree/ Bachelor‘s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
Experience bracket: 2-4 years in CLM-related role
Age bracket: 22-28 years
Reporting to: Revenue Head- Venture Building Team, RPSG Group
Location: RPSG House, Kolkata
Work Mode: Full – Time
Working Days: 5 days a week
