Job Title: Business Partner for Global Service ExcellenceThe ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in human resources with a strong background in research and analysis.Develop insights to enhance employee engagement and retention by analyzing trends and data.Maintain expertise in labor laws and regulations to minimize risk in daily management of employees.Collaborate with management to resolve conflicts effectively.Establish standards for ethics, values, and company culture.Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, managing immigration documents, taxes, and benefits packages.The RoleKey AccountabilitiesStrategic HR: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align HR strategy with business objectives. Develop and implement HR initiatives to support growth ambitions.HR Compliance and Policies: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Advise management on HR-related legal and regulatory matters. Design, maintain, and enhance HR policies to support shared services demographics.Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances. Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions between employees and management. Define proactive approaches to understand and mitigate attrition risks.Talent Management: Facilitate effective performance appraisal processes and enforce organizational guidelines through discussions with people managers. Lead annual compensation reviews linked to talent heatmaps. Own deployment of rewards and recognition frameworks for the business unit. Enable and implement career development and succession plans in partnership with training and development departments.Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Own GPTW surveys, including action planning and end-to-end implementation. Develop strategies for fostering positive work cultures.Training and Development: Define and partner on effective learning and development plans in liaison with global service leaders and learning and development centers of excellence. Identify training needs and enable development plans for employees. Coordinate training programs to enhance skills and competencies.Organizational Culture & Liaison: Develop an organizational culture emphasizing customer-centricity, collaboration, and positive work relationships. Serve as liaison between the global service team and various HR centers of excellence to ensure requisite support. Periodically review the system, structure, and people of the organization and take corrective measures.Required Skills and QualificationsMaster's degree from a premier institution (Tier 1/2).Self-starter with high result orientation; able to thrive in entrepreneurial environments.Strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and ability to challenge the status quo.Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience on dashboards and reporting.
