Azure Data Factory Developmento Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory.o Integrate data from diverse sources including Azure Blob Storage, SQL Server, REST APIs.o Optimize pipeline performance and cost efficiency.2. Dynatrace Administration (Managed & SaaS)o Administer and maintain Dynatrace environments (Managed and SaaS).o Lead migration efforts from Dynatrace Managed to SaaS.o Automate monitoring configurations using Dynatrace APIs and scripting tools.3. Monitoring & Observability Strategyo Develop custom dashboards, alerts, and synthetic monitoring setups.o Define KPIs and SLAs for performance tracking across applications and services.o Collaborate with application teams to ensure end-to-end observability.4. Box.com Administrationo Manage user provisioning, access controls, and content lifecycle in Box.com.o Enforce governance and compliance policies.o Generate usage and audit reports for stakeholders.5. Incident & Problem Management (ITIL Framework)o Lead incident triage and resolution across IT services.o Coordinate with cross-functional teams for RCA and preventive actions.o Maintain incident logs and contribute to continuous improvement.6. ECM & Filenet Integration Supporto Provide technical oversight for ECM platforms including IBM Filenet.o Ensure seamless integration with Azure services and monitoring tools.o Troubleshoot performance and connectivity issues.7. Automation & Scriptingo Develop scripts for automated monitoring setup, data extraction, and reporting.o Use PowerShell, Python, or similar tools to streamline operations.8. Stakeholder Collaborationo Work closely with business, infrastructure, and application teams.o Translate monitoring insights into actionable recommendations.o Present findings and reports to leadership.9. Security & Compliance Monitoringo Ensure monitoring solutions align with enterprise security policies.o Support audits and compliance checks through data visibility and reporting.10. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing• Maintain up-to-date documentation for monitoring setups, processes, and SOPs.• Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfers for internal teams.Key Skills & Tools:-• Dynatrace (Managed & SaaS)• Azure Data Factory, Azure Blob Storage• Box.com Administration• IBM Filenet, ECM Platforms• ITIL Incident Management• Automation (PowerShell, Python, REST APIs)• Monitoring Dashboards & Alerting• Governance & Compliance Reporting
