Senior SAP Financial Specialist RoleWe are seeking an experienced professional to assume the position of Senior SAP Financial Specialist and lead in implementing SAP FICO solutions.Key Responsibilities:Design, configure, and implement financial accounting and controlling processes using SAP S/4HANA platform, ensuring compliance with business requirements and regulatory standards.Develop, optimize, and support SAP FICO modules (Financial Accounting, Controlling, and Integration with other modules) in both SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and analyze business needs, design effective solutions, and translate them into optimized SAP configurations.Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO with other modules and third-party applications, minimizing data inconsistencies and process disruptions.Provide expert guidance on custom developments, user exits, and enhancements within the SAP FICO modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Develop test cases for system migrations, including UAT and regression testing, ensuring data integrity and process continuity post-migration.Prepare training materials and deliver end-user training on SAP FICO functionalities, including S/4HANA capabilities. Document configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference.Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting after the system go-live, addressing issues related to SAP FICO processes and system performance.Monitor and assess system performance, suggesting improvements or optimizations in processes, reports, and integrations to maximize the efficiency of SAP solutions.Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling) with a focus on configuration, implementation, and support.Proven experience with SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations specifically with FICO module migrations and related business processes.Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, with hands-on experience in configuring and optimizing SAP FICO processes in the S/4HANA environment.Solid knowledge of integration between SAP FICO and other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PS.Experience with SAP Activate methodology and project lifecycle management for S/4HANA transformations.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to drive process improvements.Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.Relevant SAP certifications in FICO or S/4HANA are highly desirable.
