Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our motion and post-production team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in motion graphics, post-production, VFX, and CGI, with a strong background in leading teams delivering high-end content at scale.The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and elevating the craft of motion design, CGI, and post-production within our organization. They will lead a multi-disciplinary team of artists, animators, and editors who bring static campaigns to life, turning creative ideas into cinematic brand experiences for global clients across retail, digital, and life sciences.The role combines creative craftsmanship with technical leadership, ensuring high-end delivery across motion graphics, special effects (SFX), visual effects (VFX), CGI, compositing, animation, color grading, and finishing.Main Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end motion and post-production pipeline, from storyboard to final delivery.Drive excellence across 2D/3D animation, compositing, tracking, rotoscoping, color grading, and finishing.Collaborate closely with creative directors, producers, and account teams to interpret briefs into motion-first executions.Ensure the highest visual fidelity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines across deliverables.Required Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:Deep hands-on proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Cinema4D, Maya, Houdini, Blender, Nuke, Fusion, or Flame.Strong understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, lighting, camera, and timing.Proven experience leading teams delivering broadcast, digital, and short-form video content at scale.Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for video enhancement, rotoscoping, and content generation.Experience collaborating with sound, music, and VO production to complete audiovisual packages.BenefitsThis is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to take their career to the next level.
