Senior Data Engineer PositionThis is a senior level position for a highly skilled individual who can design, build and optimize scalable data pipelines using Databricks and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Job Summary:The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in designing and building scalable data architectures.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain large scale ETL pipelines using PySpark and Databricks.Design and implement optimized Delta Lake architectures.Perform complex data integration from various sources into the data platform.Improve data pipeline performance and reliability.Write efficient SQL queries for data processing and analytics.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.Requirements:Deep understanding of big data technologies including PySpark, Databricks, GCP and Delta Lake.Strong hands-on experience with performance tuning and optimization.Experience with data integration from various sources.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Bonus Points:Experience with cloud platforms other than GCP.Proficiency in programming languages other than Python.Participation in open source projects related to big data.How to Apply:Applicants should send their resumes and cover letters to us via email.
