Job DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role that involves building, managing, and optimizing brand websites while creating and publishing high-quality social media content. The ideal candidate will combine front-end web execution, design systems, content production, publishing workflows, and AI-enabled creative processes to deliver exceptional results.The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and shipping responsive websites with strong usability, accessibility, SEO, and cross-device performance. Additionally, they will maintain and improve site templates, design systems, and reusable UI components.They will also create and manage social media content calendars, write captions, schedule posts, and publish on various platforms. Furthermore, they will track performance using analytics tools and provide insights and recommendations to improve the content strategy.Other key responsibilities include implementing layouts, animations, and interactions using HTML, CSS, React, and basic JavaScript, as well as conducting QA, debugging, and optimizing for Core Web Vitals & page speed.Key Responsibilities:Design and ship responsive websites with strong usability, accessibility, SEO, and cross-device performance.Maintain and improve site templates, design systems, and reusable UI components.Create and manage social media content calendars.Implement layouts, animations, and interactions using HTML, CSS, React, and basic JavaScript.Conduct QA, debugging, and optimize for Core Web Vitals & page speed.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong portfolio demonstrating responsive web design and live website work.Hands-on experience with Webflow, WordPress, and Shopify (mandatory).Skilled in Graphic Design, UI assets, and social content creation.Front-end knowledge: HTML, CSS, React, basic JavaScript, accessibility & performance optimization.Understanding of SEO fundamentals, metadata, sitemaps, schema, and Core Web Vitals.Working knowledge of social publishing tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, etc.).Proficiency with AI tools for design, copy, and media creation.Excellent communication, collaboration, and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Benefits:Fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Opportunities for growth and professional development.Collaborative team atmosphere.Others:Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn beyond core skills.Ownership-driven; able to manage ambiguity and deliver independently.Fast learner, experimenter, and process improver.Customer-centric, balancing speed with quality.
