The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching and mentoring athletes of various age groups and skill levels, promoting a positive training environment, and ensuring high standards of physical fitness and technical proficiency in Judo. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience as a Judo coach or instructor Experience coaching athletes at various skill levels, including beginners, intermediates, and advanced competitors. Strong understanding of Judo techniques, strategy, and rules. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire athletes while maintaining discipline and a professional environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
