Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

  • Monitoring of Jobs, Data Usage of Integration
  • Monitoring Error Alerts, Integration lock and unlock
  • User Setup and data archival
  • Create and maintain appropriate documentation for technical support activities
  • Coordinate with Oracle for any product issues
  • Support in Technical Business Go Live Activities
  • Directly work with Customer to understand the business requirements and implement the necessary changes
