About UsWe aim to enhance governance and service delivery for citizens.Our focus lies in urban development, health, sanitation, and public finance management.DIGIT, our open-source digital public good, offers solutions for various stakeholders.Over 2 billion citizens across 12 countries and 2600 cities in India have benefited from our platform.The Challenge AheadThe Public Finance Management (PFM) domain requires modernization to streamline cash management, accounting, and revenue generation.An ideal candidate will lead large-scale digital transformation programs in public finance across states and central governments.This individual will drive adoption of eGov's Digital Public Goods (DPGs), especially DIGIT and iFIX platforms, to strengthen public financial management systems.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership & DeliveryManage delivery of all workstreams to ensure comprehensive program execution and outcomes.Develop and implement a program management framework, including structure, processes, tools, templates, and reporting dashboards.RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Management, Public Policy, or a related field.8–12 years of experience in program/project management, preferably in e-governance, public sector consulting, or technology-driven development projects.
