Job Description:Job Purpose The role entails acting as a single point of contact for all trade related (forex, cross border, domestic etc.) products for the region/branches assigned to. The role bearer would be responsible for acquiring and driving the trade relationship and providing Fx related services and support as an individual contributor or through the branch team contributing to the larger branch banking channel objectives. Roles & ResponsibilitiesKey / Primary Responsibilities of the Role - List the primary deliverablesDrive product & marketing initiatives launched by central product teamMeet and service trade related queries & requirement of clients by liaising with Ops/product/central teamDrive product & marketing initiatives launched by central product team;Responsible for income and FCY through-put target set for the TFX products for the respective branches/business being supportedManage the portfolio quality - digital activation, product penetration, AMB balance, desired valueSupport team in achieving customer acquisition planJoint and independent call with (sales team) RH, BM, SM & SOs Undertake training of sales and relationship team as subject matter expertCultivate relationships with individual and corporate customersManaging customer centric operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms
