Job Description:We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality user interfaces for products in accordance with industry standards and best practices.The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their skills in UI/UX design, as well as experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver projects.Key Responsibilities:Participate in workshops and interviews with business process SMEs to gather, confirm and document business requirementsDefine, design and develop wireframes and UI elements for clients' applications and in-house productsWork alongside automation/RPA and .NET/Web developers to enable the integration of the UI to the .NET/Web applications with client/in-house productsRequirements:The successful candidate will possess:Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Adobe Creative Suite programs (e.g., Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, Flash & Flex)Experience building responsive web/App designs to create applications that automatically conform to multiple screen sizes/devicesConducted usability testing to identify and fix UI issues, and gathered real-world intelligence from target usersMastery of hand-on design and development using C#.NETProficiency with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server, and design/architectural patternsExperience using jQuery, Client Object Model, and Service-Oriented Architecture and web development frameworks (AngularJS, Bootstrap, jQuery)Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, MVC, Design patterns, and SOLID principlesBenefits:We offer:Competitive base salary and bonus determined by level and experienceHealthcare benefitsRelocation assistanceVacation and holidaysDesired Characteristics:We are looking for individuals who possess:Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiencesAnalytical and proven problem-solving skillsHigh Emotional IQEmbraces challengesTeam-orientation rather than an individual contributor
