Their mission is to leverage data and analytics to improve the financial health of healthcare operations and make healthcare services sustainable. Founded by a diverse group of industry and healthcare leaders our client is focused on value optimization. Their founders include Enterprise AI pioneers, Finance and Operations experts, Project and Change Management experts, and Physicians. The team has Research, Development, and Consulting experience across various industries and medical institutions. Their assets leverage data from hospital EMR and IT systems to reduce the costs of various services, improve revenue, and increase patient satisfaction. They engage hospitals in transformation projects and deliver rapid optimization outcomes using our FAST - Fast AI Solution Templates library and state-of-the-art practices in agile change management. Currently, they are looking for an experienced hands-on Data Engineer with a proven track record.Job descriptionKey ResponsibilitiesLead and execute complex data engineering projects from conception to deployment.Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures.Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) to support data science initiatives.Design and implement data storage solutions for various healthcare finance applications.Collaborate with data scientists to optimize machine learning models and algorithms.Implement data governance and security best practices.Develop and maintain documentation for data engineering processes and workflows.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data engineering solutions into business processes.Mentor junior data engineers and contribute to the team's knowledge base.Qualifications:Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.Proven hands-on experience in data engineering and data analytics components.At least one significant contribution to an impactful real-world project.Demonstrated ability to learn, adapt to, and innovate new technologies and methodologies.Experience with Azure and other enterprise platforms for deploying data solutions.Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in the healthcare finance industry.Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, etc.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A collaborative and innovative work environment.Mentoring by senior technical and business leadersOpportunities to publish and patent their contributionsUnprecedented opportunity to make a meaningful impact on healthcare finance operations.
