Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Senior Pega QA professional to join our team. As a key member of the implementation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and effectiveness of software systems and processes.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years of QA testing experience and hands-on testing experience within the Pega 8.x platform(s). They will work closely with the QA Test Lead to execute day-to-day testing activities associated with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) implementations.Key Responsibilities:Develop test cases for Customer Decision Hub implementationsPerform integration, functional, and API testingManage and communicate test results/logsCollaborate with the implementation team to test and close storiesRequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:Minimum of 4+ years of QA Testing experienceQA hands-on testing experience within Pega 8.x platform(s)Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, testing methodologies, and quality assurance principlesProficiency in writing clear and concise test plans, test cases, and defect reportsExperience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, or similar)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issuesExcellent communication and collaboration skills and team orientedWhat We OfferWe offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment where you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills.
