A key aspect is conducting thorough site evaluations to assess readiness for home automation and lighting solutions.Key Responsibilities:Site inspections to evaluate readiness for home automation and lighting product installationsRegular visits to client sites and advising the client/site electrician/supervisor on standards required for home automation solutionsPrimary point of contact for the site, ensuring seamless installation of Keus ProductsLoading assessment details of sites and proposing a solutionManaging escalations for identified issues and facilitating resolutionEffective addressing and resolving of complaints about electrical, home automation, and lighting productsTeam management and coordinationRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering3-7 years of experience in home automation, lighting, or related product installationProficiency in house wiring, load calculations, and CAD softwareStrong knowledge of power supplies (single/multiphase), inverters, generators, and related systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
