We are seeking an experienced Compliance Coordinator to join our dynamic team and contribute to our growth. This role is ideal for a professional with a background in corporate law, looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced start-up environment.The Compliance Coordinator will provide legal and administrative support to our Executive team, acting as an 'office manager' to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the business. The successful candidate will have experience in drafting contracts and agreements, with exposure to international law.This role requires strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is also required.Responsibilities:Drafting routine correspondence and legal documentsManaging and organizing legal files and documentsHandling phone calls, emails, and other communicationsConducting legal research to gather relevant information for casesAssisting in the preparation of legal arguments, motions, and briefsSummarizing legal documents and precedentsPreparing and formatting legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and affidavitsFiling legal documents with courts and administrative agenciesIn addition to these responsibilities, the Compliance Coordinator will be expected to maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and legal matters. They will also be required to work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and other legal staff to achieve team objectives.The successful candidate will have a full-time degree with a specialization in Corporate Law, with more than 4 years of work experience in corporates.
