Job OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled Manager to lead and manage intellectual property initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in patents, regulatory requirements, and IP strategy.About the RoleA key aspect of this position is evaluating and clearing APIs/Key Starting Materials (KSMs) received from suppliers. Additionally, conducting Freedom-to-operate (FTO) analysis for different markets and preparing Invalidation Strategies for constraining patents related to API are crucial responsibilities.The successful candidate must have a good command on patentability analysis, patent drafting, and filing at various patent offices.
