Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Frontend Developer with deep expertise in React.js to build modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. As a key member of our frontend team, you will play a pivotal role in creating intuitive user interfaces and seamless digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive frontend applications using React.js
  • Convert design mockups and wireframes into interactive user interfaces
  • Build reusable components and libraries for scalability and maintainability
  • Optimize web applications for performance, speed, and scalability
  • Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers
  • Implement modern state management tools like Redux, Context API, or similar
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design standards
  • Write clean, well-documented, and testable code
  • Conduct code reviews, contribute to technical discussions, and mentor junior team members when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of professional experience as a Frontend Developer, with a strong focus on React.js
  • Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
  • Solid understanding of component-based architecture and React lifecycles
  • Experience with tools like Webpack, Babel, ESLint, and version control systems (Git)
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming
  • Proficiency in responsive design frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Material UI, Tailwind CSS)
  • Hands-on experience with React Hooks, React Router, and Form libraries (Formik/React Hook Form)
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library

Preferred/Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with Next.js or server-side rendering (SSR)
  • Familiarity with TypeScript
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and frontend deployment practices
  • Basic understanding of backend technologies like Node.js or GraphQL
  • Working knowledge of accessibility and SEO best practices
