Senior Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:As the operational supervisor, you will oversee property inspection operations in a multi-client environment to ensure adherence to service level agreements and quality standards.You will track team performance metrics using data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency, enhance inspection quality, and reduce turnaround times.Effective communication with internal and external clients is crucial for smooth workflow. This involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, consistently meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality results within set timeframes.Additionally, as the subject matter expert, you will act as the liaison between staff members and customers as needed. You will address and resolve inspection-related issues or escalations promptly and collaborate with cross-functional teams across locations to resolve issues or challenges during the inspection process.This role requires a Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of experience in team management within a related field. Strong managerial, organizational, and leadership skills are essential along with excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.Required Skills and Qualifications:A strong background in team management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive operational efficiency are essential for this role.
