Branch Manager- Jammu


·       Overseeing day-to-day operations of the branch ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to company standards - dispatching, scheduling, and coordinating transportation activities to meet delivery schedules.

·       Providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.

·       Serving as a liaison between the branch and the corporate office.

·       Communicate effectively with higher management, providing regular updates on branch performance and challenges.

·       Providing regular reports on branch performance, operational issues, and market trends.

·       Managing the branch’s budget, monitoring expenses, and ensuring cost-effective operations.

·       Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients.

·       Address customer concerns, ensure high customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for service improvement.

·       Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals

·       Identify business opportunities, build client relationships, and expand the customer base.

·       Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and with local business communities.

·       Conducting training sessions for staff to enhance skills, ensure safety compliance, and maintain high service standards.

·       Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

·       Provide insights and recommendations for adapting to market changes.


·       Qualification: Graduate in any stream, Logistics, or related field.

·       Experience: Previous experience in a leadership role within the transportation or logistics industry.

·       Relevant Experience 5 + Years.

·       Location: Jammu, India

·       Language: English/Hindi- Written and spoken is must.

·       Immediate Joining

·       CTC- Jammu Rs 30,000- PM
