Your expertise in assessment and feedback will be instrumental in driving academic excellence.Key Responsibilities:Assess and evaluate student assignments against rigorous academic standards.Provide actionable, constructive, and supportive written feedback on student submissions.Offer ongoing academic support, proactively engaging with students to monitor progress and address concerns.Maintain accurate records of student marks, progress, feedback, and interactions.Evaluate assessments and feedback to ensure alignment with course outcomes and academic requirements.Collaborate with the education team to enhance the overall learner experience.Effectively manage workload to ensure timely turnaround for marking and student communication.Issue certifications to eligible students.Essential Requirements:A Master's degree in Economics, Financial Trading, or Finance.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.Demonstrated ability to provide clear, structured, and supportive academic feedback.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.High attention to detail and commitment to academic quality.Desirable/Advantageous Qualifications:A PhD or advanced academic qualification in a relevant field.Practical trading experience.Previous experience in assessing or marking academic work, providing academic support or tutoring, or working with professional or higher-education programs at Level 5 and/or Level 7.
