Lead Data Insights Specialist

Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a Data Analyst to spearhead our research activities, including earned media analysis, social listening, influencer identification, data modeling, and predictive analytics. This role will collaborate with various account teams, providing counsel as needed on research and analytics needs of clients.This individual will have the opportunity to work alongside the Chief Technology Officer on innovative Consumer, Technology, and Healthcare-related client accounts. The ideal candidate will be a digital native with expertise in data visualization and storytelling, statistics, web analytics, social media analytics, and connecting dots back to business objectives.The selected candidate will deliver market and audience intelligence, including social and digital landscape analysis, audience behavior analysis, sentiment analysis, keyword research, search performance, and competitor analysis.This includes:Collaborating with colleagues on research projects involving sourcing, analysis, and reporting of data and insights tied to business objectivesDelivering market and audience intelligence using Boolean queries and operating data and media analytics toolsBuilding measurement frameworks and setting up searches and dashboards for client-facing insights and reportsRequired Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Marketing, Psychology, or Advertising preferredA minimum of 4 years of experience in a Data or Research Analyst role, preferably in an agency or in-house environmentExpertise in Excel, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, and contemporary data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio)Proficiency in SQL, AWS, Python, R, and statistical computing or functional programming languages is a plusExperience with custom models, LLMs, and data modeling is desirableExcellent problem-solving, creative thinking, and project management skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills in EnglishAbout UsWe are a leading Emerging Technology & Analytics team dedicated to driving growth through innovative solutions and data-driven insights.Contact InformationPlease note that we do not disclose contact information publicly.
