Overview of Position:  

As a Sr. Graphic Designer and Video Editor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's visual identity and producing engaging static & video content for multiple platforms. This hybrid role requires a creative professional proficient in graphic design, video production, and editing to craft compelling visuals and dynamic stories for our brand.


Key Responsibilities:


Graphic Design:

- Develop and maintain the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all visual assets (logos, typography, color palettes, and brand guidelines).  

- Design visually appealing graphics for marketing campaigns, website banners, social media posts, email newsletters, and other digital assets.  

- Create high-quality product imagery to enhance the e-commerce platform and promotional campaigns.  

- Monitor and incorporate the latest design trends to ensure a fresh and modern brand presence.  

- Ensure quality control for all design deliverables across platforms.  


Video Production and Editing:

- Edit raw footage into polished videos with a strong narrative and visual appeal, optimized for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and e-commerce.  

- Manage videography equipment and oversee lighting, sound, and recording quality during shoots.  

- Enhance video quality with color grading, sound editing, and special effects.  

- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to produce content aligned with brand identity.  


Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.  

- Experience:

 - Minimum 3 years in graphic design / Video editing with a proven track record of impactful designs for e-commerce or D2C brands.  


- Skills:

 - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and motion graphics tools.  

 - Expertise in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.  

 - Strong creative storytelling abilities and attention to detail.  

- Portfolio: Demonstrates experience in branding, marketing campaigns, digital and print materials, and video projects.  

- Availability: Immediate joining or within 15 days.
