From ad campaigns and landing pages to brochures, social creatives, and video scripts—you'll craft compelling, conversion-oriented copy that informs, excites, and drives action.This is a hands-on creative role where you'll work closely with designers, marketers, and video teams to bring each university's offering to life through engaging and effective communication.What You'll Do- Write copy across a variety of marketing formats:- Google search and display ads- Meta and other social media ad captions- Brochures, flyers, and student handbooks- Website and landing page content- Email marketing- Video scripts (explainer, testimonial, promotional)- Adapt tone and messaging to fit each university brand and campaign objective- Collaborate with design, performance marketing, and admissions teams to align messaging with audience needs- Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews- Optimize existing copy for clarity, engagement, and conversions- Maintain consistency across all touchpoints, while staying responsive to data and feedbackWhat We're Looking For- 6-8 years of experience writing marketing copy, preferably in edtech, higher education, or a consumer-facing brand- Strong portfolio showcasing digital ads, social content, and multi-format campaigns- Ability to understand diverse audiences—from high schoolers to working professionals—and craft copy that resonates- Sharp attention to detail, grammar, and storytelling- Comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative environment- Bonus: Experience with performance marketing or knowledge of student acquisition journeysWhy Join Us- Be part of a mission-driven company making global education more accessible- Work with global university partners and cross-functional creative teams- Grow in a dynamic, startup-like environment where ideas and ownership matter
