International Telecaller

Job Title: Customer Service AmbassadorWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer service professional to join our team as an International Telecaller for our IT Services division. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can effectively communicate with international clients, identify their needs, and tailor our services to meet those requirements.This role requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner. The successful candidate will be confident, self-motivated, and have excellent objection handling skills.Makes outbound international calls to introduce our IT services to potential customers.Qualifies leads based on need, budget, and interest level.Schedules appointments/demos for the sales team.Maintains accurate call notes and follow-ups in our CRM system.Required Skills:Strong communication skills with a neutral accent suitable for US/UK calls.Experience in international calling, inside sales, customer support, or appointment setting (IT industry preferred).Comfort with CRM software, spreadsheets, and basic outreach workflows.Self-driven, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
