Senior Data Analyst – Consumer App Analytics (CleverTap, Appsflyer, Metabase, SQL, Python) Location: Mumbai / Bengaluru / Gurgaon Company: 63SATS Cybertech Ltd. To accelerate our consumer growth, we are hiring a Senior Data Analyst who can build our analytics engine ground-up, enabling smarter decisions, higher conversions, and better product-market fit. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with a deep understanding of mobile app analytics, user funnels, retention modelling, attribution, and performance measurement across CleverTap, Appsflyer, and Metabase. You will be responsible for: Designing and building the full analytics infrastructure Creating automated dashboards for marketing, product, and leadership Owning data quality, event tracking, experimentation frameworks Driving actionable insights that directly impact acquisition, activation, retention, and monetisation. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to Growth & Product Leadership. Key Responsibilities 1. Analytics Infrastructure & Event Architecture Set up the complete analytics engine from scratch (CleverTap + Appsflyer + Metabase + internal DB and Mixpanel). Own event taxonomy: define, implement, validate and maintain 100% accurate event structures. Work with product & engineering to ensure optimal SDK integration and data consistency. 2. Attribution & Performance Analytics Deep expertise in Appsflyer: callbacks, postbacks, cohorts, SKAN, in-app events, revenue measurement, fraud checks. Build models to measure CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention cohorts, churn analysis. 2.1 : Deep Experience in Mixpanel 3. User Behaviour & Funnel Intelligence Create dashboards for: Acquisition → Activation → Subscription → Renewal Drop-off analysis User segmentation & behavioural triggers Notification performance & lifecycle journeys (CleverTap) 4. Experimentation & Growth Analytics Create A/B testing frameworks for product & marketing hypotheses. Analyse funnel experiments and give data-backed recommendations. Identify high-impact levers for improving retention and conversion. 5. Data Engineering + BI Write optimized SQL queries for large datasets. Use Python for automation, data cleaning, modelling, and predictive analytics. Build dashboards on Metabase, Tableau, or Power BI. Required Skills & Experience Must Have 4–8 years experience as a Data Analyst / Product Analyst in a high-scale consumer app (fintech, gaming, edtech, ecommerce, mobility, healthtech preferred). Hands-on expertise in: ✔ CleverTap (mandatory) ✔ Appsflyer (mandatory) ✔ Metabase ✔ SQL (advanced) ✔ Python (Pandas, NumPy, automation scripts) ✔ BI tools: Tableau / Power BI Proven experience setting up analytics for a consumer app from zero-to-scale. Strong understanding of funnels, retention, segmentation, user journeys & LTV modelling. Ability to convert complex data into actionable insights. Experience working directly with Product & Growth teams. Bonus Experience Cybersecurity domain exposure (not mandatory). Experience with predictive models and early-warning systems.
