About the RoleAs an Associate Vice President - Data Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's data strategy. You will lead the development of modern, scalable enterprise data architectures and ensure reliable data access without disrupting source systems.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement a robust data warehousing and integration strategy to support business growth and decision-making.Evaluate and optimize solutions like Snowflake, Azure SQL, UDC, or other custom database platforms as needed to enhance data processing efficiency.Evaluate and implement strategies for read replicas, ETL pipelines, and API integrations to ensure seamless data access and synchronization across platforms.Develop and manage a data lake/warehouse strategy that enables AI readiness, predictive analytics, and automation to drive business innovation.Oversee efforts to eliminate data silos, resolve ID mismatches, and synchronize data across platforms to ensure accuracy and consistency.Establish standards for data governance, including access controls, data classification, confidentiality, and auditability to maintain data integrity and security.Ensure data solutions comply with internal security standards and applicable legal or regulatory requirements to mitigate risks.Partner with IT and Security teams to align infrastructure with data protection and cybersecurity protocols to safeguard sensitive information.Build the data backbone required to enable advanced analytics, AI models, and process automation across departments to drive business success.Support business units in evaluating and piloting AI/ML initiatives, ensuring data pipelines and platforms are aligned with future needs to foster innovation.Identify and recommend opportunities for tool commercialization to drive business growth and expansion.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or related field.Proven track record of designing and implementing successful data solutions.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and services.What We OfferA competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A collaborative and dynamic work environment.The chance to work on challenging projects and make a meaningful impact.Why Join UsWe are a forward-thinking organization committed to innovation and excellence.
