About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end product lifecycle-from strategy and vision to execution and measurable impact. You will drive learner-facing innovations as well as internal tools that enhance user experience, engagement, monetization, and operational efficiency. The role demands a data-driven mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and cross-functional collaboration with design, engineering, business, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Leveraging market insights, user research, and data analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Launching and scaling learner-facing features to improve engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Driving innovations leveraging AI, gamification, and payments for adoption and conversions.
  • Optimizing the end-to-end user journey for satisfaction and long-term value.
  • Building and improving internal tools that enhance sales, operations, and support efficiency.
  • Implementing automation and intelligent workflows for lead management and conversions.
  • Translating vision into detailed requirements and collaborate with design/engineering for delivery.
  • Defining success metrics, tracking performance, and iterating quickly.

What We are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably from a Tier 1 institution.
  • 4–8 years of product management experience in EdTech, SaaS, FinTech, or Consumer Tech with proven track record of building and scaling consumer products with measurable results.
  • Experience with digital payments, lending, or monetization flows will be ideal.
  • Strong experience with internal sales/productivity tools and data-driven optimization.
  • Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL or equivalent analytical tools.
  • Exposure to AI/ML-driven product development.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
  • Ability to balance long-term vision with short-term execution.
  • Certifications in Product Management is a plus.
