The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support implementation, enhancement, and support activities for Kinaxis RapidResponse.Work with cross-functional teams to understand supply chain planning requirements: demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, S&OP / integrated business planning.Configure RapidResponse worksheets, dashboards, alerts, and analytics to meet business needs.Develop scenario models and design solutions for planning use cases.Facilitate testing and provide end-user training.Technical Requirements6+ years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse.Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning processes.Experience in configuring RapidResponse modules (planning, inventory, S&OP).Ability to design dashboards, worksheets, alerts, and planning grids.Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling and scenario planning.Experience integrating RapidResponse with ERP systems.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Bonus SkillsKinaxis RapidResponse Certification.Experience in SQL, Python, or scripting tools.Familiarity with SAP IBP, Oracle Planning Cloud, or other planning tools.Agile/Scrum environment experience.EducationBachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, IT, or related field.
