Job SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned Security Expert to join our team and lead the development of our AppScan products. The successful candidate will be responsible for discovering new vulnerabilities in application source code, developing automatic detection procedures, and providing security guidance across multiple programming languages and frameworks.About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have experience with Static Analysis (SAST) tools, triaging application security results, and proficiency in security remediation techniques and secure coding best practices.They will also possess expertise in security standards like OWASP Top 10 and CWE/SANS Top 25, as well as the ability to articulate complex security threats to developers or auditors.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth and success of our company.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize high-priority issues based on severity and likelihood of exploit.Analyze AppSec results, identify false positives, and execute Source Code Analysis, Reverse Engineering, and Threat Modelling.Develop and implement automated detection procedures for new vulnerabilities, ensuring timely and effective resolution.RequirementsProven experience in software security, with a focus on vulnerability management and mitigation.Strong understanding of programming languages, frameworks, and operating systems, including Java, C/C++, .NET, and RDBMS.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
