Accounting Specialist RoleAbout Us:We are a forward-thinking organization that combines finance consulting with technology to create innovative solutions.Job Description:Key Responsibilities:Process and verify invoices in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.Perform thorough 3-way matching of inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Effectively handle supplier queries and payment issues, providing exceptional customer service.Complete various tasks as required by the team or management.Process vendor credit notes and debit notes in accordance with our financial policies.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.Strong background in invoice processing and compliance.Familiarity with accounting databases and record-keeping systems.Proficiency in MS Office, especially basic Excel skills (data entry, filters, VLOOKUP, etc.).Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to review invoices and verify tax and payment details.Demonstrated ability to manage client/vendor queries and collaborate effectively within a team.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry.Exposure to high-volume invoice processing and knowledge of ERP systems & MS office.
