We are hiring for the role of Senior Technical Business Analyst – Core Banking (FLEXCUBE) for one a leading bank of UAE.


📍 Location: Offshore – Bangalore

📅 Notice Period: Max 30 Days

🕒 Duration: Long Term under Dautom Payroll

💼 Experience: 15+ Years


🔧 Role Overview:

As a Sr. Technical BA, you will:

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of the Core Banking Implementation Program.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Lead scope and integration studies, requirement gathering, technical walkthroughs, and solution design.
  • Support SIT/UAT, training sessions, business simulations, and production rollout.
  • Contribute to digital core banking transformation and upgrades.


🧠 Required Skills & Experience:

  • 15+ years of IT experience, with strong exposure to FLEXCUBE (FCUBS v11.x to 14.x).
  • Deep understanding of Core Banking domains – GL, Loans, Payments, Trade Finance, etc.
  • Proven experience as a Technical BA in core banking implementations, upgrades, or digital transformations.
  • Strong command of Oracle PL/SQL, APIs (REST), Microservices, and batch integrations.
  • Hands-on understanding of technical architecture, system sizing, and various OS platforms (Unix/Linux/AIX).
  • Excellent documentation, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of SDLC processes and banking production support is an advantage.
