Job SummaryThe Oracle Financial Reporting Senior Associate is responsible for leading the financial reporting processes within the organization using Oracle Financial applications. This role involves overseeing the preparation, analysis, and distribution of financial reports while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. The Senior Associate acts as a liaison between various departments, providing strategic financial insights and driving process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency.Key Responsibilities:• Prepare and distribute accurate and timely financial reports using Oracle Financials. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable insights to management based on data analysis.• Maintain and manage Oracle Financial applications, ensuring data integrity and system efficiency. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and streamline financial reporting processes. Implement the best practices for data management and reporting.• Assist in preparing documentation and reports for audits.
