  • Should have good knowledge on HMI & SCADA Programming, Historian (like OSI PI, GE Proficy etc), different Industrial Communication Protocols and its Troubleshooting.


  • Knowledge in implementation of SCADA /L2 Layer (DAS, DCS) implementation.


  • Evaluate Plant Automation systems such as PLC'S, DCS's, SCADA's, IPQA equipment's, L2 systems etc. for their capability to integrate with MES System (Preferably PASX).


  • Coordinating with plant team to identify CPP's to be collected for Interface (L2/DCS System to MES) and documentation for recipe design.


  • Ensure high availability of L2 Servers for continuous data collection from PLC / DCS and Data transfer to MES system (Preferably PASX).


  • Responsible for Qualification / Computer System Validation, SOP Preparation, Documentation & Training.


  • Coordination with service provider/OEM for new project technical evaluation, BOM finalization, Project implementation and Technical Support in operation (as applicable).


  • Hands on experience for 3rd party interface (via OPC UA, DA, HDA) or Web based API or XML file-based data communication between L2/ DCS to MES (Preferably PASX) Systems.


  • Basic knowledge on network topologies, IT peripherals, Server, OS & other Software's.


  • Hands on experience on MES Implementation (Preferably PASX) in site with L2 Integration.


  • Responsible for weighing balance installation & their interface with MES application via SICS command sets.


  • Good understanding of process equipment working philosophy and flow, S88, S95 standards.


  • Candidates need to coordinate with 3rd Party Process Equipment vendors for Installation, Commissioning of their control system, Integration with L2 or L3 System, Qualification, and delivery as per project schedule.


  • Should be well versed in Handling of QMS such as Change Control, Deviation, CAPA.


  • Shall have excellent written, verbal communication skill & Soft skills in MS office-word, excel and ppt.


  • Shall be responsible to follow HSE, cGMP and other relevant regulations.


Experience: 6 to 8 years
