Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML models to solve complex business problems.Your primary focus will be on developing generative AI models, designing RAG pipelines, and training deep learning models for various applications. You will also be responsible for conducting data preprocessing, feature engineering, and experimentation to improve model performance.To succeed in this role, you must have strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks, as well as a solid understanding of LLMs, embeddings, transformers, and prompt engineering. Experience with RAG frameworks, vector databases, and cloud platforms is also essential.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deploy generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, transformers).Design and implement RAG pipelines using vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval frameworks.Train and optimize deep learning models for NLP, computer vision, and multimodal tasks.Create scalable end-to-end ML pipelines for production environments.Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and experimentation to improve model performance.Required Skills & QualificationsStrong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras).Solid understanding of LLMs, embeddings, transformers, and prompt engineering.Experience with RAG frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack) and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Milvus, Chroma).Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).BenefitsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or equivalent.Strong knowledge of data handling, NLP, and model deployment.Preferred SkillsExperience with MLOps tools (MLflow, DVC, Weights & Biases).Exposure to multimodal AI (text, image, audio).
