Senior Integration SpecialistWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Integration Specialist to drive the integration of Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) with internal and external systems. The ideal candidate will have deep technical-functional knowledge of SyteLine integration frameworks, APIs, IDOs, ION, and external system communication.This role will involve leading integration architecture and solution design, designing and implementing integrations using Infor ION, IDOs, APIs, Web Services, Mongoose framework, and custom extensions, as well as analyzing integration requirements and mapping them to SyteLine capabilities.The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to build end-to-end interfaces between SyteLine and ERP, CRM, MES, WMS, eCommerce, or third-party apps, manage data flow, error handling, logging, and monitoring for stable integrations, troubleshoot complex integration issues and optimize data exchange, and support migration activities: data extraction, transformation, loading (ETL).Synergy and collaboration are key in this role. The specialist will also be responsible for ensuring integration security standards, data validation, and performance tuning, preparing technical design documents, mapping sheets, and API documentation, and providing guidance and best practices for scalable and reusable integration patterns.The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Infor ION, IDOs, Web Services, APIs, JSON/XML, Mongoose Framework, Event System & Alerts, and expertise in designing integration patterns: real-time, batch, asynchronous, message queues, as well as strong SQL skills and experience with SyteLine database structures, and experience integrating SyteLine with external systems (CRM, MES, WMS, Finance apps, custom portals), good debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization abilities, and a good understanding of SyteLine functional modules and data model.Responsibilities:Lead integration architecture and solution design for SyteLine/CSI.Design and implement integrations using Infor ION, IDOs, APIs, Web Services, Mongoose framework, and custom extensions.Analyze integration requirements and map them to SyteLine capabilities.Build end-to-end interfaces between SyteLine and ERP, CRM, MES, WMS, eCommerce, or third-party apps.Manage data flow, error handling, logging, and monitoring for stable integrations.Troubleshoot complex integration issues and optimize data exchange.Support migration activities: data extraction, transformation, loading (ETL).Required Skills:15+ years of working experience in Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial (CSI).Strong hands-on experience with Infor ION (ION Desk, ION API, ION Workflow), IDOs / IDO Methods, Web Services (REST/SOAP), APIs, JSON/XML, Mongoose Framework, Event System & Alerts.Expertise in designing integration patterns: real-time, batch, asynchronous, message queues.Strong SQL skills and experience with SyteLine database structures.Experience integrating SyteLine with external systems (CRM, MES, WMS, Finance apps, custom portals).Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization abilities.Good understanding of SyteLine functional modules and data model.
