As a key member of our team, your primary objective will be to deliver exceptional guest experiences that surpass their expectations.Key Responsibilities:Process refund requests and resolve billing discrepancies with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.Handle guest inquiries, concerns, complaints, and disputes by actively listening and applying problem-solving skills to find solutions that meet their needs.Provide personalized recommendations for local attractions, dining, and experiences to enhance guest satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.Identify opportunities to improve reservation processes and guest experience, leading to increased customer loyalty and retention.Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.Perform additional related duties as required to support the team's goals.Requirements:Fluent spoken English with clear voice and US accent familiarity is essential.Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach are crucial in this role.Experience using reservation software and Property Management System (PMS) tools is highly valued.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities are necessary to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.Preferred Qualifications & Experience:A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), hotels, or vacation rentals serving US clients is preferred.Prior experience in reservations or sales is an added advantage in this role.
