Job Title: Assistant General ManagerOur organization is looking for a proactive and people-driven leader to spearhead our Human Resources function. As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while fostering a strong and positive workplace culture.This role encompasses various key responsibilities, including:HR Strategy & Leadership- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.- Collaborate with leadership to strengthen company culture and employee experience.- Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning and organizational growth.- Leverage excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills to drive success.- Oversee a wide range of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with labor laws. Talent Acquisition- Lead end-to-end recruitment for all functions — from job design and postings to offer closure.- Build a robust internal hiring process, ensuring quality, speed, and candidate experience.- Partner closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and plan manpower effectively.- Utilize modern recruitment tools, referral programs, and internal mobility to attract the right talent.- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and future roles.- Oversee performance management, employee development, and training initiatives for the HR team. Onboarding & Employee Development- Design engaging onboarding programs that help new hires integrate seamlessly.- Plan and execute training programs that enhance skills, productivity, and retention.- Support leadership development and career growth initiatives across the organization. Employee Engagement & Relations- Drive initiatives to boost employee morale, communication, and team cohesion.- Resolve employee queries and conflicts with fairness and empathy.- Organize engagement activities, feedback sessions, and recognition programs. Performance & Growth Management- Oversee performance review cycles and goal-setting.- Guide managers on feedback, performance improvement, and succession planning.- Ensure fair evaluation and recognition for top performers. HR Operations & Policy Compliance (Support Function)- Manage HR systems, employee records, and analytics efficiently.- Ensure internal HR policies are up-to-date and followed consistently.- Maintain compliance with basic labor laws and organizational standards.
