In two years, Airblack's beauty academy has trained over 35,000 students in 200+ cities as Makeup Artists, helping them start their businesses either as freelancers, studio owners, or earning influencers. We have also forayed into hospitality and culinary and helped over 500 bakers launch a baking business with our Certified Professional Baking Course

Who are we looking for?
As Airblack enters our next phase of growth to build the largest skilling academy in India, we are looking for an HR Intern. The HR Intern would help in scaling our hiring process and ensuring key talent requirements are met across other core functions.

What would you be doing?
- Responsible for mass-hiring for Airblack’s inside-sales team through both campus hiring and recruiting through platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn and other Job portals. Bonus: Become a key 0-1 contributor to Airblack’s center expansion across North and West India
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess the suitability of candidates for various roles.
- Oversee overall compliance and policy adherence relating to both full-time and contractual employees.
- Coordinate and schedule comprehensive interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Utilize a diverse range of channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Support in maintaining employee records and HR database
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
What makes you a suitable candidate?
We would love to hear from you if you meet the qualifications below:
- Currently pursuing or graduated having Bachelor or Post-Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous internship experience in Talent Acquisition will be an added advantage
- Experience with campus recruitment and recruitment from Tier-2 and Tier-3 colleges.
- Strong communication and public speaking skills in both Hindi and English.
- You are target-focused and willing to go the extra mile to achieve it
- Ability to collaborate effectively with all stakeholders
