Technical Lead Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead to spearhead our technical roadmap and guide our development team.This role is ideal for an experienced developer who can lead a cross-functional tech team and oversee integration with various systems.Main Responsibilities:Lead the development lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment and support.Design and implement modules and integrations with other systems.Ensure consistent code quality, documentation, and version control across all projects.Build data flows and APIs between systems.Manage system architecture, performance tuning, and scalability.Collaborate with management to translate business goals into technical solutions.Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards.Monitor project progress, define milestones, and report status to leadership.Supervise and coordinate a technical team consisting of developers working on different platforms.RequirementsMust-Have Skills:7+ years hands-on experience in Odoo development (v14–v17 preferred).Strong command of Python, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.Expertise in custom Odoo modules, invoicing, inventory, CRM, sales, and reporting.Proven experience integrating Odoo with eCommerce platforms and mobile apps.Familiarity with cloud services.Excellent understanding of REST APIs, RPC, and JSON/XML integrations.Experience using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.Strong leadership and communication skills - able to guide, motivate, and evaluate technical staff.Ability to analyze business workflows and recommend system improvements.Preferred QualificationsOdoo certification (Technical or Functional)Experience with Magento 2 architecture and mobile app development coordinationBasic knowledge of containerization or orchestration toolsExperience managing multi-environment deploymentsWhy Join Us?Be the technical backbone of a fast-growing organization.Lead a diverse and talented team.Work directly with the leadership team to shape the company's tech direction.Flexible work environment and supportive culture.Competitive salary and growth opportunities.
