With its innovative approach, the company empowers clients to optimize processes seamlessly while maintaining control and improving overall productivity.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Expert, based in Colombo. The RCM Expert will oversee and analyze the entire revenue cycle process, including claims processing, billing, payment posting, and denial management, ensuring efficient workflows and compliance with regulatory standards. The role entails collaborating with various teams to optimize operational performance, automating processes, and identifying areas of improvement. The RCM Expert will also resolve operational challenges, generate financial reports, and liaise between stakeholders to maximize revenue generation.Qualifications2 year + experience in RCM industry in all the functions.Strong knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management, medical billing, and coding practicesExpertise in claims processing, payment posting, collections and denial managementProficiency with automation tools, healthcare digitization platforms, and related technologiesAnalytical thinking, problem-solving, and effective decision-making skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively across teamsExperience in developing and implementing process improvement strategiesBachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related fieldRelevant certifications, such as Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR), are a plusWorking ScheduleWorking hours - 3.00 PM - 12.00 AMWorking mode - Fully OnsiteLocation - Ethul Kotte
