Project Role : Function Delivery RepresentativeProject Role Description : Manage and track work assignments based on project deliverables, allocated budget, and time schedule. Ensure teams execute processes according to standard methods or approved processes and ensure deliverables are completed as required in a timely manner.Must have skills : SAP HCM Time ManagementMinimum 12 year(s) of experience is requiredEducational Qualification : 15 years full time education1: Responsibilities:• Gather and study business requirements related to HCM processes and provide solutions within SAP PA/OM, Time, Payroll, Benefits, ESS/MSS or other HCM component• Support and assistance for client/payroll specialist team• Lead, design, develop and implement complex new database and software applications and maintains existing database and software applications• Perform complex analysis and design for SAP HCM• Liaise directly with business areas to diagnose problems with existing SAP HCM programs or initiate designs of new SAP applications independently, conferring with user groups to define business needs and potential solutions based on information technology• Ensure customer acceptance by soliciting involvement on design, functionality, and testing• Prepare data models, functional flow diagrams, and other documentation as required by departmental standards and methodology• Code and test SAP HCM computer programs in ABAP• Research and recommend available SAP HCM computer programs to address requirements and maintain existing software• Build and support new SAP HCM development and production database environments as required2: Professional Experience• Minimum 15 years SAP HCM and Australian Payroll configuration, enhancement and support knowledge preferably gained from working in a similar role or on-site as a functional consultant3: Technical Experience• Should have hands on regression testing and FUT• Knowledge of data migration and interface to third party vendors, SAP reporting, and Adhoc query• Strong analytical, problem solving and multi-tasking skills, communication and interpersonal skills, is required4: Educational Qualification15 to 18 yrs of full-time experience5: Personal Attributes• Must have good team handling skills• Attention to detail and strong interpersonal, communication and training skills required, as is the ability to work effectively• Strong verbal and written communication skills
