Generative AI LeaderWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive innovation, architecture, and deployment of large-scale AI systems.Develop the AI vision, technical direction, and best practices for our Generative AI team.Identify and execute high-impact use cases for AI-driven transformation.Design, build, and deploy advanced generative and large language models (LLMs).Integrate text, image, and 3D data for intelligent, automated workflows.Build and optimize large-scale data pipelines and ML training workflows.Train, deploy, and scale models using AWS and modern MLOps tools.Coach and upskill ML/AI engineers on design, architecture, and best practices.Stay ahead of the curve with the latest advancements in Generative AI and multimodal learning.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (Master's/Ph.D. preferred).5+ years' experience in ML/Data Science, with a focus on Generative AI, LLMs, or Computer Vision.Expertise in Transformer-based models (GPT, VLMs, etc.).Experience with multimodal datasets (text, image, 3D).Strong coding skills in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy, pandas.Deep understanding of probability, statistics, and optimization.Hands-on with AWS, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Benefits:This is an exceptional opportunity to work at the forefront of AI innovation and shape the future of intelligent automation.
