Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for coordinating creative production and delivery across various formats and channels. The successful candidate will serve as the central link between creative intent and production delivery, ensuring that every project is executed with precision, speed, and creative integrity.The Integrated Producer will manage projects end-to-end, from scoping and feasibility to execution, quality control, and delivery. This requires a deep understanding of creative and technical nuances of production workflows, as well as the ability to balance creative quality, operational efficiency, and cost discipline.Required Skills and QualificationsProject Management Expertise: 8–14 years of experience in creative production, advertising operations, or integrated project management, preferably in a global or multi-market setup.Creative Production Tools: Working knowledge of creative tools, file types, production workflows, and quality control standards.Organizational and Communication Skills: Exceptional organizational and communication skills, able to translate technical details into actionable plans.Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management, experience working with global teams and tight delivery timelines.Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset with ability to forecast effort, manage scope, and monitor KPIs (On-Time Delivery, First-Time-Right, Utilization).BenefitsDiverse Project Experience: Manage digital and motion-based deliverables alongside traditional print adaptation.Cross-Studio Collaboration: Coordinate with Digital, Motion, and Print studios to allocate resources, manage priorities, and ensure consistent delivery quality.Client and Stakeholder Management: Engage in client discussions alongside onshore partners to clarify requirements and set delivery expectations.OthersGreat candidates will have:A strong background in workflow automation or templating systems for creative production.Familiarity with AI-based creative tools (for resizing, layout generation, or content adaptation).Certification or training in project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, or equivalent).Preferred qualifications include hands-on exposure to workflow automation or templating systems, familiarity with AI-based creative tools, certification or training in project management methodologies, prior experience in agency or in-house marketing operations teams supporting global brands.
