The role combines front-end web execution, design systems, content production, publishing workflows, and AI-enabled creative processes.Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Design & DevelopmentDesign and ship responsive websites with strong usability, accessibility, SEO, and cross-device performance.Maintain and improve site templates, design systems, and reusable UI components.Social Media Content Creation and ManagementRequired Platform ExpertiseMust know: WordPress, Webflow, and Shopify (themes, page builders, SEO plugins, basic e-commerce setups).Ability to manage WordPress (Elementor/WooCommerce), Webflow CMS, and Shopify storefronts.Experience in other CMS platforms (Wix, Squarespace) is a plus.Front-End ExecutionImplement layouts, animations, and interactions using HTML, CSS, React, and basic JavaScript.Conduct QA, debugging, and optimize for Core Web Vitals & page speed.Content & Creative ProductionProduce on-brand graphics, reels/short videos, and motion graphics using Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Canva.Use AI design & image/video tools for faster ideation and production.Social Media PublishingPlan content calendars, write captions, schedule posts, and publish on Instagram, , Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube/Shorts.Create link-in-bio pages, UTM links, and track performance.Brand Engagement & GrowthRespond to comments/DMs, manage community engagement, support influencers/partners, and maintain consistent brand voice.Analytics & ReportingUse Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Suite, platform analytics to provide insights and recommendations.Cross-Functional SupportSupport PR/media teams with campaign assets, documentation, research, vendor follow-ups, and no-code automation when required.Mindset & Work StyleProactive, adaptable, and willing to learn beyond core skills.Ownership-driven; able to manage ambiguity and deliver independently.Fast learner, experimenter, and process improver.Customer-centric, balancing speed with quality.Required QualificationsStrong portfolio demonstrating responsive web design and live website work.Hands-on experience with Webflow, WordPress, and Shopify (mandatory).Skilled in Graphic Design, UI assets, and social content creation.Front-end knowledge: HTML, CSS, React, basic JavaScript, accessibility & performance optimization.Understanding of SEO fundamentals, metadata, sitemaps, schema, and Core Web Vitals.Working knowledge of social publishing tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, etc.).Proficiency with AI tools for design, copy, and media creation.Excellent communication, collaboration, and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Bachelor's degree in Web/Graphic Design or related field is a plus (not mandatory).Nice to HaveExperience with WooCommerce & Shopify storefront setup.Motion design/reels editing.Version control (Git) and advanced CMS workflows.A/B testing, UTM tracking, data-driven design decisions.Experience with prompt engineering & AI automation for CMS/social workflows.
