The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools, and curiosity to integrate AI-based creative tools into their workflow.Key Responsibilities:Conceptualize and design engaging creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)Collaborate with the content and strategy teams to develop visually cohesive campaigns.Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Ideogram, etc. to enhance design ideas, create prompts, and streamline creative processes.Ensure brand consistency across all designs and assets.Adapt visuals for various formats — static posts, carousels, stories, and short videos.Stay updated on social media trends, design aesthetics, and AI-powered creative innovations.Required Skills & Tools:Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, and Figma.Familiarity with basic AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Ideogram, and other creative AIs.Strong sense of typography, layout, and color balance.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.Creative mindset with a proactive approach to ideation and execution.What We’re Looking For:1–3 years of relevant design experience (agency experience preferred).Strong portfolio showcasing social media work and creative versatility.Enthusiasm to experiment with AI tools and emerging design tech.Team player with great communication and time management skills.Why Join Us?Be part of a young, vibrant team pushing creative boundaries.Opportunity to explore AI-led creativity and innovative workflows.Work on exciting brands and digital-first campaigns.📩 Interested?
