Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in South East Delhi for 3 Chartered Accountants at J K S S & Associates (formerly known as J K Sarawgi & Company) as per following Roles:

 

1..Senior CA - Quality Control/Administration

  • Experience: 15+ years
  • Qualifications: CA
  • Age Group : 45 to 55 years only
  • Skills: Extensive experience in varied types of Audits, quality control, administration, and tender processing, strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills, Strong analytical , better articulation and comprehensive manner of spoken & written English, Good knowledge of Ethical Standards, Negotiation & Liaison skills., Excellent knowledge of Excel & Computer Systems.

 

2..CA Manager (Company Law)

  • Experience: 3-10 years
  • Qualifications: CA
  • Skills: In-depth knowledge of Companies Act with extensive experience of MCA Compliances, RBI ,FEMA & SEBI Regulations, strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and analytical skills, Excellent IT Skills

 

3..CA - Junior Level

  • Experience: minimum 3 years, post Qualification(from Membership Date)
  • Qualifications: CA Final ( Qualified prior to May 2021)

Skills: Strong understanding of accounting principles, proficiency in at least one International Language is preferred, experience in the NGO/Development sector/Forensic Audits/Investigation/Due Diligence is a plus,Passion for self learning.
